■ General


※Purpose In order to meet the needs of users and better provide users with professional, timely and continuous quality services, these regulations are hereby formulated.

※Content This regulation includes three parts: general rules, service instructions, and service response cycle.

※The purpose of service is to provide users with "sincere, professional, timely and continuous" high-quality services, and make every effort to meet the needs of users.

※Service concept: Honest and responsible, superb technology, considerate and customer first.

※Service standards, customer satisfaction and market satisfaction.

※Pledge

1. Free on-site training.

2. During the warranty period, the product will provide free maintenance if there is any quality problem.

3. Provide lifetime technical services for products outside the warranty period. If maintenance is required, only the material fee will be charged, and the maintenance fee will be waived for life.

4. Respond within 1 hour after accepting the service request, and put forward handling opinions and solutions within 2 hours.

5. The returned product for repair will be processed within 2 working days after receipt, and the user will be notified of the processing.

■Service Needs

※Instructions for using the product for the first time:

1. Unpacking acceptance: After unpacking the product, the user first checks whether the packing list is consistent with the requirements and configuration in the purchase contract, and then counts according to the packing list and confirms whether the accessories are complete. If you have any objections, please contact us as soon as possible Get in touch with the public test. If the user does not raise an objection within 7 days from the receipt of the goods, the public test will be regarded as the user's approval and acceptance of the factory configuration, and the configuration is complete and intact. (Please pay attention to the warning signs (such as "No Grab Here", etc.) when the product is taken out of the packaging box, and handle it according to the corresponding requirements.)

2. Product debugging: After the product is out of the box, the user should carefully read the random product manual and related materials, and then perform product debugging in accordance with the test environment (condition), power supply, air source, operating parameters and operation methods that meet their requirements. If there is anything unclear, please contact the Zhongce after-sales service center, and then debug after confirmation. (Please note when there is a computer in the configuration: the corresponding product software has been installed at the factory and can be used directly. Please keep the CD-ROM for future use.)

3. Daily operation: Before using the product, first confirm that the test environment (conditions), power supply, air source, and operating parameters meet the test requirements. If you encounter any problems, you can refer to the product manual or log on to the public test website www.pubtester.com for related information inquiries; you can also contact the public test after-sales service center. In order to facilitate the service personnel to accurately and timely deal with the problems you encounter, please make the following preparations before contacting:

(1) Determine the product model through the product identification (or user manual, product certificate);

(2) Have read the product manual carefully and have it at hand before calling;

(3) Provide detailed fault phenomena (such as display content, operating status, etc.), time of occurrence of the fault, and other more specific information (if the user conceals the true situation, the loss shall be borne by the user).

※Confirmation of warranty period:

The warranty period is one year from the date indicated on the product delivery slip (indicating the product model and number and stamped with the public test release seal) or the date on the copy of the delivery slip. If the user is unable to provide the product delivery slip (or a copy), the warranty period shall be calculated based on the product delivery date provided by the public test as the starting date. The corresponding regulations during the warranty period do not apply in one of the following situations:

The loss of wearing parts and consumable parts, such as: filter paper, lamp tube, etc.

The use of expansion components or peripheral devices that have not been approved by the public test leads to damage to the product or its components.

Abnormal reasons (including non-compliant power supply, air supply, working environment, external force and foreign objects entering the equipment, etc.) cause damage to the product or its parts.

Natural factors (earthquakes, fires, etc.) or accidents (theft, loss, etc.) that are beyond the control of human resources cause damage to the product or its parts.

Disassembling, repairing, or altering by oneself may damage the product or its parts.

Plugging and unplugging the power cord, printing cord, communication cord and other connecting cords with power may damage the product or its parts.

※Confirmation of expiration of warranty:

The warranty period shall be deemed as the expiration of one year from the date indicated on the product delivery slip (indicating the product model and serial number and stamped with the public test release seal) or the date on the copy of the delivery slip. If the user is unable to provide the product delivery list (or a copy), the product delivery date provided by the public test shall be used as the starting date of the warranty period.

※Service Content:

1. Provide guidance, technical support and telephone, written or on-site training for the operation and use of users' products.

2. Assist users in troubleshooting or returning to the factory for repairs or on-site inspections and treatments for faulty products.

3. From time to time, conduct telephone or door-to-door return visits and technical guidance on the use of users' products.

4. Provide product use and troubleshooting guidance materials on the public testing website.

※Calculation of service fee:

For maintenance due to product quality issues during the warranty period, Zhongtest will bear the costs of product maintenance, technical support, round-trip transportation of instruments, door-to-door personnel, and replacement of parts. The method of product transportation and the tools used by the personnel will be determined by the company.

For the maintenance of products outside the warranty period, Zhongtest is exempt from maintenance fees, and the replacement cost is charged when replacing parts. When returning to the factory for repair, Zhongtest bears the round-trip transportation cost. The transportation method is determined by Zhongtest, and the user bears the cost of personnel visit .

During the warranty period, when repairing and sending the accessories, the cost will be borne by the public test, and the transportation method is determined by the public test.

For door-to-door visits and free training products, all costs will be borne by the public test; for product training that is not free training, the cost of personnel door-to-door training will be borne by the user.

For products sold by non-Zhongtest, in the case that the user cannot obtain the support of the manufacturer, the user can provide corresponding services and support, and all costs in the service process are borne by the user.

■Service response cycle

1. After receiving the user's request, the public test service staff will respond within 1 hour.
