LSST-02 Gross Leak Tester, adopt positive pressure method, is applicable to quantitative determination of seal strength of sealing edges, heat seal quality, burst strength and leakproofness of the packages. It can also be used for quantitative determination of seal performance of plastic pilfer-proof closures, inflated packages, soft tubes and medical packages as well as analytical tests of the seal performance, compression resistance and burst strength of various bottles.

Test Principle
Fix the sample to a specific test fixture, adopts positive pressure method, is controlled by the embedded high-speed microcomputer chip. Manual choice of rupture test, creep test, creep to rupture test, holding pressure test or customized independent test mode, press test on the sample, the system displays the test data and test curve in real time.
