DFT-03 Infusion Sets Flow Rate Tester is suitable for the determination of the flow rate of sodium chloride through the infusion set.

Technical Features

The bottom of the constant liquid level is designed with a puncture plug to facilitate the measurement of flow rate in the simulated infusion scene.

 

Ø Independent R&D of hydrostatic pressure test device, which ensures the liquid level of 1000±10mm

Ø The flow rate is settable, which can meet the test requirements

Ø Equipped with a constant temperature water tank to ensure that the test water temperature is 23 ℃

Ø Equipped with a timer for timed testing

Ø The uniquely designed up and down lifting structure can be adjusted in height, which is convenient for testing under different water pressures

Ø Equipped with a balance station for easy placement of balances or measuring cylinders

 

  

Test Principle

For an infusion set with a dropper of 20 drops/mL, the output of the chemical solution [mass concentration is ρ(NaCI)=9g/L] within 10 min under 1m head should be no less than 1000mL.

For an infusion set with a dropper of 60 drops/mL, the output of the chemical solution [mass concentration is ρ(NaCI)=9g/L] within 40 min under 1m head should be no less than 1000mL.
